Found small long-haired dog with light tan and white matted fur sitting on sandy ground. Appeared sad with a bloodshot eye and initially thought to be possibly injured, later update indicates not injured. Currently with a foster receiving fluids and scheduled to go to the vet tomorrow. Asking if anyone lost this dog
