Found little tan dog with black muzzle yesterday. Dog was too scared to go back on the street and was kept temporarily at workplace where he was distressed and vocal overnight. Described as scared of humans and possibly abused, but playful and sweet once comfortable. UPDATE: Owners have been found and he is back with them ALHAMDULLAH
